K\u00e9pess\u00e9geinket fejleszt\u0151 lelki, fizikai szinteken. Ami, ha kihaszn\u00e1ltuk a benne rejl\u0151 lehet\u0151s\u00e9geket l\u00e1thatjuk, hogy kialak\u00edtottuk a megk\u00fczd\u00e9s k\u00e9pess\u00e9g\u00e9t magunkban (tanul\u00e1s, meg\u00e9rt\u00e9s, r\u00e1l\u00e1t\u00e1s, er\u0151forr\u00e1sok gy\u0171jt\u00e9se, stb.) \u00e9s ez egyfajta kiegyens\u00falyozotts\u00e1g \u00e9rz\u00e9ssel fog j\u00e1rni. K\u00e9s\u0151bb nehezebb c\u00e9lokat t\u0171zhet\u00fcnk ki, a sikeres megold\u00e1sok pedig az \u00f6nbecs\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00fcnket, \u00f6nbizalmunkat, megel\u00e9gedetts\u00e9g\u00fcnket jelentik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ha megtanuljuk kezelni a sikereinket &#8211; vesztes\u00e9geinket, a b\u0171ntudatunk, s\u00e9rtetts\u00e9g\u00fcnk, kirekesztetts\u00e9g, tehetetlens\u00e9g, stb. \u00e9rz\u00e9seinket, a lelkiismeret\u00fcnk olykor s\u00fcrget\u0151 szav\u00e1t megfelel\u0151en \u00e9rt\u00e9kelj\u00fck \u00e9s haszn\u00e1ljuk, m\u00e1r sokat tett\u00fcnk az\u00e9rt, hogy komfortosabban \u00e9rezz\u00fck magunkat a saj\u00e1t \u00e9s a k\u00fclvil\u00e1g \u00e1ltal benn\u00fcnket k\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00f6lel\u0151 t\u00e9rben, azaz a Saj\u00e1t \u00c9let\u00fcnkben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A distressz t\u00falterhel\u00e9st okozhat<\/strong>, amikor is a stresszreakci\u00f3ink (testi-gondolkod\u00e1sbeli-\u00e9rzelmi-viselked\u00e9sbeli), alkalmazkod\u00e1si rendelleness\u00e9geink probl\u00e9m\u00e1t okoznak.
